2. Principle

We process personal data only insofar as necessary for initiating and executing a professional engagement and for operating this website. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) GDPR, together with Spanish LOPDGDD.

3. Server logs

Each visit is logged with technical data (IP, timestamp, URL, referrer, user agent) for up to 14 days, then deleted.

4. Contact form

Data submitted (name, email, phone, message) is used solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract preparation) plus your consent under (a). Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or marketing cookies. We only use technically-necessary local-storage items to remember your choice in our cookie notice.

6. Google Maps

On the contact page we offer a Google map. It is loaded only after your explicit consent. On loading, your IP address and further data will be transmitted to Google Ireland Ltd. See policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Transfers

Your data is disclosed to third parties only where necessary to execute your engagement (courts, notaries, authorities, translators), where you have consented or where we are legally required to do so.

8. Retention

Engagement-related data is retained under professional and tax retention obligations (typically 6 – 10 years). After that, it is deleted, subject to any other retention requirements.
